Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer is a 4152e.  Just got it.  I set it up wireless.   It is hooked up to the internet.   When I have a document it will say to print but it sends it to my files for me to make a file,   Even when I make one it still goes to the same place.  Thank you

I see that you are facing issues with HP Printer.

 

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
