Hi @Ahmed245,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error message you're encountering typically indicates an issue with your HP account, possibly related to HP's Instant Ink service or HP Smart. Here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Check Your HP Account Status:
- Visit the HP Smart website and log in with your HP account.
- Ensure your account is active and there are no pending issues, such as billing problems or subscription renewals.
Restart Your Devices:
- Turn off your printer, computer, and router.
- Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn on the router first, followed by the printer and computer.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can do this from the printer's control panel by navigating to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Update Printer.
Re-login to HP Smart:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Sign out of your HP account and then sign back in.
Reconfigure HP Instant Ink:
- If you're subscribed to HP Instant Ink, check your subscription status and ensure your payment method is up to date.
- Sometimes, you may need to re-enroll your printer in the Instant Ink service.
Reset HP Smart Account Connection:
- On your printer's control panel, go to Network Setup or Wireless Settings and choose Restore Network Defaults.
- Reconnect your printer to your Wi-Fi network.
- Remove the printer from the HP Smart app and re-add it.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
