HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently overseas living in Moscow Russia.

During my last leave in the United States, I purchased a HP Envy 6455e printer and brought it back to Russia with me.

Unfortunately, "original HP cartridges" of type 67 do not exist here, (though there are dozens of aftermarket/cloned cartridges available).  Because of the current political situation, having original type 67 cartridges sent here, or ordering them from abroad, is absolutely unavailable.  Therefore I have only two choices:

1.  Refill the existing cartridges.

2.  Use aftermarket cartridges.

However the "dynamic security" web page indicates two important things regarding this:

1.  The printer can, and will, absolutely reject non-HP cartridges.

2.  It is allowed to refill a "genuine HP" cartridge in order to recycle it.

I am also lead to believe, based on many other web articles, that using the wrong inks to refill a cartridge can destroy the cartridge and/or the printer.

Therefore, I need to know what kinds of "official" ink can be used to refill them.  It should be noted that there are several "tank printers" sold here and bottles of "official" HP ink are available here for them.  Is it possible to use particular types of HP tank refill inks to refill these cartridges?  If so, which types are recommended?

Thanks!
