@JW8-_, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP printer is asking for a WPS PIN after switching to full fibre internet. This is a common step when reconnecting your printer to a new Wi-Fi network. Here's how to find the PIN and get your printer back online:

Where to Find the WPS PIN

On the Printer Display (if available):

  • When the printer asks for a WPS PIN, it usually displays it on the screen for about 90 seconds.
  • Look at the printer’s control panel or screen and note the 8-digit PIN.
  • Enter this PIN on your computer or router setup page when prompted.

If Your Printer Has No Display:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button (📶) and the Information button (ℹ️) together for about 5 seconds.
  • This will print a Network Configuration Page or Wireless Test Report.
  • Look for the WPS PIN on that printout.

Still Can’t Find It?

  • You can also connect using Push Button Configuration (PBC) if your router supports it:
    • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button until it starts blinking.
    • Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
    • The printer should connect automatically.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
