Hi @SinCityTurtle ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer has suddenly started printing slowly, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Printer Settings:
- Print Quality Settings: Sometimes, printers may default to higher quality settings, which can slow down printing. Go to your printer settings on Windows 11:
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer > Manage > Printing Preferences.
- Check if the Print Quality is set to a high setting like Best and lower it to Normal or Draft to speed up printing.
2. Check for Print Jobs in Queue:
- Sometimes print jobs pile up in the queue, which can cause delays.
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and choose Open Queue to check if there are any stalled jobs.
- Cancel any unnecessary or stuck jobs.
3. Ensure Sufficient Battery:
- The HP OfficeJet 200 is a mobile printer, and if the battery is low, it might affect printing speed.
- Check the battery status on your printer's screen.
- If it's low, charge the printer fully and try printing again.
4. Update Printer Drivers:
- Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause printing issues, including slow printing speeds.
- Go to the HP Support website to download and install the latest driver for your printer.
- Alternatively, you can update through Device Manager in Windows.
5. Check Wireless Connection (if printing wirelessly):
- Slow wireless connections can lead to slower printing speeds.
- Ensure the printer is within range of the Wi-Fi network.
- Consider printing via USB to check if the issue is related to the wireless connection.
6. Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and turn it back on to reset any temporary issues that may be causing slow printing.
7. Print a Test Page:
- Try printing a test page to see if the issue persists.
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and click Manage > Print Test Page.
8. Check for Firmware Updates: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- HP printers sometimes receive firmware updates that can improve performance. You can update the firmware via the HP Smart app or by checking for updates in your printer's settings.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
