    • Align the printheads if the output appears misaligned.

Ink System Problems

  • Solution:
    • Inspect the ink tanks for bubbles or improperly seated tubes.
    • Verify the correct ink type is used.
    • Ensure the printhead latch is securely closed.

Paper Issues

  • Symptoms: Skewed, blank, or smudged pages.

    • Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and is not damp or curled.
