Hi @Pinkypatel94505,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Smart Tank 750 is not printing properly, it could be due to several common issues. Here's a troubleshooting guide to help.
Poor Print Quality
- Symptoms: Faded, streaky, or missing colors.
- Solution:
- Check ink levels and refill if low.
- Run a printhead cleaning cycle using the printer's control panel or HP Smart app.
- Align the printheads if the output appears misaligned.
Ink System Problems
- Symptoms: One or more colors not printing.
- Solution:
- Inspect the ink tanks for bubbles or improperly seated tubes.
- Verify the correct ink type is used.
- Ensure the printhead latch is securely closed.
Paper Issues
- Symptoms: Skewed, blank, or smudged pages.
- Solution:
- Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and is not damp or curled.
- Use the correct paper type for the job.
- Check for any paper jams and clear them.
Software or Driver Issues
- Symptoms: Printer not responding or printing gibberish.
- Solution:
- Ensure the correct printer driver is installed and up to date.
- Restart the printer and computer to reset connections.
- Reinstall the printer on your device via HP Smart.
Network or Connectivity Problems
- Symptoms: Printer is offline or fails to print wirelessly.
- Solution:
- Verify the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Check the signal strength and minimize interference.
- Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool (for Windows) or re-add the printer (for Mac).

Blocked or Dirty Printheads
- Symptoms: Gaps or streaks in the print.
- Solution:
- Remove and gently clean the printhead using a lint-free cloth and distilled water.
- Perform multiple printhead cleanings if needed.
Additional Steps
- Perform a Printer Reset: Turn the printer off, unplug it for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Update Firmware: Use the HP Smart app to check for firmware updates for your printer.
- Test Print: Run a diagnostic or self-test page to assess print quality and alignment.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
