To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network?
Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
How is the printer connected to USB or Wireless?

I am using 2.4GHz and a private home network wifi connection. My computer is a wifi computer using windows 11.
My printer worked on wifi using my PC , until I moved the printer to my flat. I could not connect it to my lap top there. On returning to this address I now cannot reconnect it on the PC. The wireless icon on the printer no longer shows and is inactive so all the printouts and instructions cannot be carried out as I cannot see or use the wireless icon.
