Hi @Rufus159,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To change the Wi-Fi network on your HP DeskJet 2755e printer, follow these steps to connect it to a new Wi-Fi network:

**1. Prepare for the Network Change

  • Ensure Printer is On: Make sure your HP DeskJet 2755e is turned on and connected to power.
  • Gather Network Information: Have your new Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password ready.

**2. Reset Wireless Settings (Optional)

If your printer was previously connected to another Wi-Fi network and you want to start fresh, you may want to reset the wireless settings.

  • Reset Wireless Settings:
    1. Press and Hold: On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button simultaneously for about 5 seconds.
    2. Wait for Reset: The wireless light will blink to indicate that the wireless settings have been reset.

**3. Use the HP Smart App

The HP Smart app is the easiest way to set up your printer on a new Wi-Fi network.

Download HP Smart App:

  1. Install HP Smart: If you don’t already have it, download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone from the HP Smart website or your device’s app store.

Add Your Printer:

  1. Open HP Smart App: Launch the HP Smart app on your device.
  2. Select Printer: Click on the + or Add Printer button.
  3. Follow Prompts: Follow the on-screen instructions to add your HP DeskJet 2755e. The app will guide you through connecting the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.

**4. Connect Using the Printer’s Control Panel

If you prefer to use the printer’s control panel, follow these steps:

Open Wireless Setup Wizard:

  1. Press Wireless Button: On the printer’s control panel, press the Wireless button.
  2. Access Settings: Navigate to the Wireless Setup Wizard using the arrow keys and select it.

Select Network:

  1. Find Network: The printer will search for available networks. Choose your new Wi-Fi network from the list.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
