We have changed our Wifi network at home, so the printer doesn't recognize it. We have tried to reconnect it to the new Wifi, but we can't find the way. How can we do?
I don't get any error messages

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting WiFi connectivity issues, I am glad to assist you.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for at least three seconds to restore the network settings to default settings. This will also put the printer back into the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode.
- Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to connect the printer to WiFi using HP Smart app:- Click here

Sandytech20. Your recommendation doesn’t work because the app cant find my printer since it’s not connected to my Wi-Fi. That’s what I’m trying to fix. My router has an “Automatic” mode consisting of 5 Mbps and 2.4. Is 2.4 what the Envy printer needs? If so, the printer and router should shake hands automatically. I have several devices, both 5 Mbps and 2.4 connected to my Wi-Fi. The printer is the only one that cant/won’t connect. I’ve put in the SSID and password several times and the printer continues to say “I can’t find your network”. Any assistance would be most greatly appreciated.
