When I first got this printer it connected to my WiFi almost immediately and I had no issues. However, when I took the printer away on vacation I couldn’t connect to the wi-if in Florida. I wasn’t too concerned as I could use the Direct Network. However, now I am home and I cannot connect to my home wi-fi again. Thus, I cannot use the Smart App. Smart App cannot find the printer. What am I missing here? The printer does not have a setup panel; just the on/off button on the back. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Please reset the wireless and then use HP Smart app to setup and connect to the new network.

Thank you for your quick response! In all honesty, I never noticed that button so I never attempted to use it. The documentation that was printed out did not mention or show that little button. Your video links were helpful. My printer is up and running on my home wi-fi thanks to you Greenturtle!
