OK, where do I start?
I have spent hours simply trying to connect to my router and have reached the end of a very long tether,
My broadband is from EE and I have the latest Wifi-7 router, but only after it had to be replaced.
For those of you that have EE WIFI 7 will know that 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz / 6 GHz on MAIN WIFI and the Compatible WiFi . It became apparent the the printer will only connect to the 2.4 GHz Compatible channel. Now, the PC (Windows 11 25H2) but nowhere could I find this without expensive tearing out of what little hair I have left on my 80 year old head.
Device Manager can see the printer
But my WIFI is listed WIFI/Bluetooth Menu but locked.
When trying to add the printer to the WIFI list it rejects the Hub Admin password that I used to replace the EE supplied password. After more delving I found out that despite me changing the EE admin PW I can only use the ORIGINAL admin PW not my new one. Before you ask, I tried the iniital PW and I was able to get access to add the printer to the WIFI. However I have all but given up now and simply plugged the printer into the nearest USB slot.
I hate being in the situation where I can't solve a problem. I don't really need a WIFI connection but I like to have as much opportunities to use a feature that would let me control the Printer through the App.
Can anyone come up with a solution?
Fingers crossed

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
When there is an Internet Service Provider | Router change | password change (for the network) or when moving to a new location, a wireless reset is needed for the printer with a re-setup using the HP app to get the printer connected to the network again. In this case, it's a router change.
Here's how to reset the wireless to defaults for your printer model:

After the wireless reset, use the HP App to setup and connect the printer to the network again.
