Product: LaserJet Pro M118dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have moved to a new home, and now we have a new Wifi. 

My printer cannot get connected to the new Wifi no matter what I try.. I tried most of the tips on HP manuals, Google, and YouTube. 

 

How can I factory-reset this printer? 

 

My printer is LaserJet Pro M118dw.

Hi.

Please follow below steps to restore the network settings and reconfigure the wireless connection using the HP Smart app:

You would generally need to click the Plus sign within HP Smart, then click Add Printer and follow the steps on screen to connect the printer.
