Please help. This shouldn't be so hard. The 'manual' has directed me to print a Wi-Fi Direct guide. This guide then directed me to print the Wireless Quick Start Guide. The Wireless Quick Start Guide I get stuck on step 2 because it doesn't have windows 10 instructions.
I have HP Smart installed. Most of the tools and settings are greyed out, including advanced settings. I can't find anything about setting up a new WiFi connection.
How do I fix this? Or just point me in the direction of finding a proper manual. I tried googling it but got a message saying support was unavailable. I'm not even able to delete the printer and start again, there's no option to delete it from HP Smart.

Hi @Sonja87,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to restore the printer to its network defaults and then reconnect it to the network.
Step 1: Restore the printer to its network defaults.
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
Step 2: Reconnect the Printer to the network:
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method.
2. Press the WPS button on your router.
NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
