Printer is having issue connecting to WiFi. I tried setting up everything from scratch, I inform the wifi password, it completes the setup, so it passes the connection setup but later says printer is not connected. In the network info it says it connected, but in the main page it says it's not. What could be wrong?

Your printer is likely connected to WiFi but not communicating with devices. Common fixes: connect it to the 2.4GHz band (not 5GHz), assign a static IP to avoid conflicts, check router settings for isolation, and re-add the printer on your PC/phone. Updating printer/router firmware can also help.
