Hi @AK204,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the Wi-Fi light on your HP ENVY 6010 All-in-One Printer is not lighting up or only flashes briefly when you press the Wi-Fi button, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Wi-Fi connection: Ensure that your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network and that the network is functioning properly. Make sure other devices can connect to the Wi-Fi network without any issues.
  • Restart printer and router: Power off your printer and Wi-Fi router, then wait for about 30 seconds. Power on the router first and give it a few minutes to establish a connection. Then power on the printer and see if the Wi-Fi light illuminates.
  • Reconfigure Wi-Fi settings: Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the back of the printer for several seconds until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking. This indicates that the printer is searching for available networks. Use the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings and connect the printer to your network.
  • Reset network settings: If the Wi-Fi light still doesn't light up, you can try resetting the printer's network settings. On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Network or Wireless menu and look for an option to reset the network settings. Note that this will remove any previously saved Wi-Fi network information, and you'll need to set up the Wi-Fi connection again.
  • Update firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Visit the HP support website and search for your printer model to find any available firmware updates. Follow the instructions provided to update the printer's firmware.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
