New HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e does not recognize local/home wifi. HP Smart installation program times out while attempting to discover new printer. Using TP-Link Archer AX 3000 wireless router. Printer blue wifi light is blinking. Yesterday, spent two hours with HP Tech support, adjust numerous router settings, both 2.4g and 5g, not luck. Tech suggested that Spectrum cable provider the problem. Bottom line, thoughts on how to help the new printer recognize the wifi network? We do have four computers using/recognizing the wifi.

I had the same problem, same printer, same router. I got it to work by going through manual WiFi setup process, entering the SSID and password by hand. It's a pain and takes a while but it does work. Apparently the printer doesn't speak the router's WiFi AX a/k/a WiFi 6 protocol. HP should have solved this in a firmware update but hasn't.

I had the same issue. Frustrating for a couple of hours trying various things, searching the web, etc. The solution?
Tap the "?" button on the setup screen that shows the QR code and tells you to get the HP Smart app to finish setup (which won't work if the printer isn't on WiFi). The next screen will have two buttons at the bottom: "cancel" and "go back." Tap "cancel." Welcome to the home screen; you have escaped the setup trap. Now you can enter Settings (top bar). Go to Network Setup>Wireless Settings. Now that you're here, here is what you need to do:
TURN ON THE WIFI ANTENNA.
Yep, mine came with the antenna turned off by default.
