Hi @GlendaR19,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Are you facing any issues with the connectivity?

Have you made any changes to your router network or software?
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

To reset the Wi-Fi settings on your HP LaserJet Pro M203dw printer, you can perform a network factory reset. Here's how you can do it:

Turn on the Printer: Make sure your printer is turned on and in a ready state.

Access the Control Panel: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the setup menu. The exact steps may vary depending on your printer model, but typically you'll need to press the "Setup" button or navigate through the menu using the arrow keys

Navigate to Network Settings: Within the setup menu, look for an option related to network settings or network setup. This might be labeled as "Network Setup", "Wireless Setup", or something similar.

Reset Network Settings: Once you've accessed the network settings menu, look for an option to reset or restore network settings. This option may be labeled as "Restore Network Defaults" or "Factory Reset".

Confirm Reset: Select the option to reset the network settings and confirm your selection. Your printer will reset its network settings to the factory defaults.

Reconfigure Wi-Fi: After the network reset is complete, you'll need to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings on your printer. Follow the initial setup process to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network.
