I see you need help with the printer connectivity. Please do not worry I am here to help you.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance. As we will help you with the network restore.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
Check Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is within the range of your Wi-Fi network and that there are no obstacles affecting the signal.
To restore the printer to the original network settings:
- Disconnect the power cord from the router.
- Turn off the printer.
- Turn off the mobile device/PC.
- Reconnect the power cord to the router, then wait for the Internet activity light to display a normal connected status.
- Turn on the printer.
- Turn on the mobile device/PC.
