I have an HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M29w and have recently moved and received a new router.  I have followed all online instructions for resetting the wireless, but every time I do, it simply prints a paper telling me that it cannot connect to the old SSID.  The wireless button flashes, but will not manually connect to the WPS manually, either.  I have also tried a factory reset following the instructions in the manual but the printer won't allow the computer to connect to it due to the printer's refusal to identify anything but the old SSID.  Is there any way to hard reset the printer or somehow get it to delete the old SSID?  Do not tell me to press and hold the wifi button and cancel button for 10 seconds as this has been done 20x and does not work.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following Guide:

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
