Product: HP Officejet Pro X576dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

For the last 6 years I've been reaching out to HP for some assistance to resolve issues with Wireless Direct pare to pare printing on HP Officejet Pro x576dw printer; but to no avail. The failure to login first started following firmware update 

at the time, and currently remains unworkable with some devices requesting drivers in order

to login. 

 

With the advent of this forum being more personalized, I'm confident HP technicians 

will soon be aware of  and be adequately informed of the issue at hand and in short order post a solution.
