Hi @Tramika,

Option 1 – Restore Wi-Fi setup mode and reconnect

  1. Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on the DeskJet 3755 using the steps for the DeskJet 3700 series in this HP document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3967769-3956733-16
  2. Within 2 hours, open the HP app (https://123.hp.com) on your phone or computer > Add printer and follow the steps. The DeskJet 3755 works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.

Option 2 – Power reset

  1. With the printer on, unplug the power cord for 60 seconds, then plug it directly into the wall and turn it on.
  2. Restart the router, then repeat Option 1 close to the router.

If it fails, tell me what happens on the printer when you try (lights blinking, error).
