Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

HP Office Jet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer suddenly stopped connecting to the WiFi. When I try to reconnect the printer tells me my password is incorrect. It is most definitely not. I have searched this forum and done every trouble shooting step regarding connection issues like this. I took the printer and set it right next to the router, it is not a wifi bad signal issue. I reset the modem and router about 12 times. I reset to factory defaults, I tried uninstalling the printer and re-installing on my Windows 10 machine. I have just about had it. I have spent more time on this then the printer costs. I can connect the printer by cable to my Windows 10 machine but in order to print anything on the instant ink plan, wifi must work. Please help me.

Holy crap it is working. I have a nighthawk router and when on the page I updated firmware and now the printer up and connected all on it's own. I am still pretty frustrated at how much time I spent on this but hopefully it helps someone else.
