Hi @Habibakaya,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP printer is showing as offline. Here are the steps to bring it back online:

1. Restart Everything

  • Turn off your printercomputer, and Wi-Fi router.
  • Wait 30 seconds.
  • Turn on the router first, then the printer, then your computer.

2. Check Printer Connection

  • If using Wi-Fi:
    • Make sure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
    • On the printer, print a Wireless Network Test Report (usually by pressing the Information (i) button).
  • If using USB, try a different port or cable.

3. Set Printer to “Online” in Windows

  1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your HP printer > See what’s printing.
  3. In the new window, click Printer in the top menu.
  4. Uncheck “Use Printer Offline” if it’s selected.

4. Set as Default Printer

  • In Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, click your printer.
  • Click Set as default.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
