HP Photosmart D110 All-in-One wireless network test report says connected successfully, but the blue light is still blinking and says not connected on the printer screen. Tried resetting the router and the printer and have same issue

Hi @RachaelS1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand the printer is connected to the network and the wireless radio is blinking.
Print and share the network configuration page.
-
Touch the button (
) next to the Setup icon (
) in the lower-left corner of the HP product control panel. The Setup menu displays.
-
Touch the Right Arrow button (
) to scroll through the options and select Wireless, and then touch OK. The Wireless menu displays.
-
Touch the Right Arrow button (
) to scroll through the options and select Wireless Settings, and then touch OK. The Wireless Settings menu displays.
-
Touch the Right Arrow button (
) to scroll through the options and select Print Network Configuration Page, and then touch OK.
The product prints the configuration page.
Keep me posted.
