Have new router and can’t connect to printer for wireless printing. The diagnostic test results tell me the SSID names don’t match but I don’t know how to get rid of the old router name that’s on the printer and change it to the new router name Using iPad mini and iPhone 8. Have the hp Smart app installed but I’m not very tech savvy. Can someone help please. I’ve wasted SO much time trying to sort this myself.

@evlittle, Welcome to HP Support Community!
 

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

 

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
