Hello, looking for help (fingers crossed),
I changed my Internet provider last week and before the switch I forgot to change my internet connection on the printer (HP officejet pro 7720). Now that I need to use it I have tried to change the internet connection, however when I try to turn wireless on a message appears on the printer screen "this feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer." Can anyone tell me how turn this off so I can connect to the new internet?
