HP Office Jet Pro 9020.  There is no "Wireless setup" on the menu. It's unavailable. Resetting factory defaults is not recovering the option. My company was throwing the perfectly good printer away because they were upgrading all the printers. They let me take it. At one point in the past I think I recall getting an error message stating something like "The wireless has been disabled. Contact your administrator." What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP Office Jet Pro 9020.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please check if there were any toggle switch that would let you enable the wireless setup option that has been disabled?

If there is any, please enable it and then the wireless setup can be done accordingly.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
