Hi @Yankeeeeeeeeees,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer was previously connected to Wi-Fi but suddenly disconnected and won't reconnect, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer, router, and computer or mobile device. This can often resolve temporary connectivity issues.

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it.

Reconfigure Printer Wi-Fi Settings:

  • On your printer, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings menu and select your network again. Re-enter the Wi-Fi password if prompted.

Use HP Smart App:

  • If you have the HP Smart app installed, use it to reconnect your printer to Wi-Fi. The app usually provides a straightforward setup process.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date. Check for updates through the printer's menu or HP's website.

Reset Network Settings:

  • On the printer, perform a network settings reset to clear any saved Wi-Fi settings and start fresh.

Check Router Settings:

  • Ensure your router is not blocking the printer. Check your router’s settings to make sure it’s not filtering or blocking devices.

Check IP Address Conflicts:

  • Ensure there are no IP address conflicts in your network. If multiple devices are using the same IP address, it can cause connectivity issues.

Re-add Printer:

  • Remove the printer from your list of devices on your computer or mobile device and then re-add it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
