Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using Windows 10 64g with HP officejet pro 6960. Try to print message come up that printer is not connected to web for insta ink. I press connect will print all that's in the que but next time try to print wireless will do the same thing.
