Hi! I recently moved so my printer isn’t able to connect to the network I originally set it up with. There isn’t anywhere for me to connect it to the network on my laptop or phone and it is basically telling me the only way I can connect it is if I set it up as a new printer. I am in an apartment so I do not have access to my router. The printer worked for a little bit when I connected to its direct wifi, but it stopped working and now the web services button is blinking amber and the message icon on my display is blinking as well. I can connect to its wifi, but it will not print anything. If I try to reset up my computer as if it was new, it would cancel my subscription to instantink. Please help! I need it for my summer classes!

Hi @miakillen,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your wifi setup issues HP DeskJet 3772 All-In-One Printer Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist you better:
- How far is the printer located from the WiFi router?
- Do you have a dual-band router?
- If you have a dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
While you respond to that, Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
