The password that the printer gave me is incorrect when I enter it on my smart app to connect to the printer. What password am I supposed to use

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are trying to configure the HP Smart app on your device and getting an error.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you installing the HP Smart App on the computer or on your phone?

 

You need to enter the wireless password to connect the printer to your wireless network. Refer to the below article on how to set up the printer using the HP Smart App.
