I'm a long-time Instant Ink customer (I like it!) and a new All-In Printer Customer. I've been trying to call All-In 24/7 support for two days and they don't answer. Music on hold is never-ending. In addition today even Chat is not available, in the middle of the day. Is there an outage? What is going on? I'm trying to get hp eprint to work.

Please help us with your HP unit serial number and Case ID (If any) or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

My serial number has nothing to do with my inquiry about 24/7 support not being available, and chat being off line. In addition there is no private message for me to reply to. My serial number (which HPSmart will not allow me to Copy!) is TH3CC7718B. Does this help anything? Thanks.
