beheerfuncties in webservices werken niet en geavanceerde geblokkeerd

ik vulde wachtwoord in geavanceerde webservices. Daarna kon ik niet meer inloggen, noch functies printer wijzigen.

ander probleem: ik kreeg een mailadres van printer (dat hoort bij e inkt maar noteerde het wachtwoord niet. Ik dacht dat het elke keer een ander was . Het bestaat uit aparte groepjes. 

Weet iemand hoe ik toch die webservices kan gebruiken? En ook hoe ik nieuw wachtwoord bij beheerder kan aanmaken? En de printercod van 5 groepjes van 4 letters, cijfers toch kan wijzigen?
