can anyone help with this? my wifi password has changed and since then I can't get the printer to connect. blue flashing light constantly. do I literally restart as a new printer?

I understand that you are getting WiFi connectivity issues after changing the password, I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Connect the printer using HP Smart app

Refer page number 21 in this user manual for the steps:- Click here
