@Donnamac4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Bluetooth printer being offline!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP Envy 6055e printer is showing as offline, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Check the Printer Connection

  • Ensure that the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your laptop.
  • Restart the printer and your laptop to refresh the connection.

2. Set the Printer to "Online"

  • Open the Devices and Printers in Control Panel.
  • Find your HP Envy 6055e printer, right-click on it and select "See what's printing".
  • In the window that opens, click on the Printer tab and uncheck "Use Printer Offline" option.

3. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Go to the HP Support website and enter your printer model to download the latest drivers.
  • Install the drivers on your laptop and follow the on-screen instructions.

I hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
