I recently signed up for ATT's Internet Air and I now have a "hub" that connects wirelessly with my devices. I've had no problem connecting to other devices in my home, but cannot connect it to my HP 8610 printer. When I go through the Wireless Wizard set up, the printer "finds" the network name and I put my password in. Then, I get an message on the printer screen that it can't connect. I have tried to get help from ATT, but they have not been able to help me. I would appreciate any help. (Note: I was able to connect my printer wirelessly with my previous ATT DSL internet service.). Thanks!

Hi @RhondaStB,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To connect your HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer to a new AT&T Internet Air hub, you will need to follow the steps below.
- Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to a power source.
- Press the Wireless button on your printer's control panel to open the Wireless menu.
- Select "Wireless Setup Wizard" and follow the prompts to connect your printer to the new network.
- If prompted, enter the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password for your AT&T Internet Air hub.
- Once your printer is connected to the new network, print a test page to confirm that it is working properly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
