Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For a couple months now I cannot print from my PC operating Windows 10 64 bit, but have no issues printing using wifi connection from my iphone and ipad. The wifi shows connected on the printed, and the printer shows ready and connected on the PC, but nothing happens when I send documents to print, emails, word docs, pdf's

I see that you are not able to print from the Win PC. To assist you better,

Do you get any errors?

Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Reinstall the app from Microsoft Store and try printing.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled and it started working. I did just notice an alert today that I needed to update drivers, but hadn’t received that alert in the last 3 months that it hasn’t worked.
