I understand you've forgotten the administrator password for your HP OfficeJet 5200 series printer, you can try resetting the printer to factory settings to clear the password. Here's how you can do it:
 

Steps to Reset HP OfficeJet 5200 to Factory Settings:

  1. On the printer's control panel, swipe down from the top to open the Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Setup icon (looks like a gear or wrench).
  3. Scroll down and select Printer Maintenance or Restore Settings.
  4. Select Restore Factory Defaults or Restore Settings, and confirm the action when prompted.

This will reset all settings, including the admin password. After the reset, you should be able to set a new administrator password during the initial setup process.
