I have forgotten my user name and password so cannot get into password or administrator settings, None of the suggested remedies works. Additionally My printer shows damaged cartridges even after new cartridges (HP) have been put in. I assume this may be preventing me from seeing or using the normal screen menu. I have tried sequences to enter "secret/hidden menu) but not seeing the symbols on the unit makes it literally impossible. My connection to the printer from my Windows 10 computer is via ethernet.
