2 Problems, may all be related:
(1) cannot start ePrint on printer, says "The printer is unable to connect to the service. Check internet connection." Printing from the desk top wirelessly works, but printing from Android smart phone, or Chrome Book via HP Print Plugin does not. This previously worked fine. No recognizable change to printer s/w was made. However, there may have been an update to phone OSS via Samsung within the last year.
(2) print to email also no longer works.

Check your mystery printer to make sure Web Services is running.
