Product: acer aspire 5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently upgraded to a new Sky Q broadband router that has 2.4 and 5GHz settings. Ive tried using HP Smart to connect the printer. It recognises the printer with the USB but I cannot get it to connect through wifi. Ive tried 2.4Ghz and 5GHz but it makes no difference. It doesnt work wither on my android phone or my laptop. Worked on the old router so it must be related to the new one but I cannot work out what needs done. laptop running windows 10, 64 x bit
