1. USB Port Location on HP ENVY 6052e

The USB port on the HP ENVY 6052e is located at the back of the printer, near the power cord connection. It’s a USB-B type port (square-shaped), designed to connect to your computer using a USB-A to USB-B cable (not included in the box).

⚠️ Make sure to plug the USB cable directly into your computer, not through a USB hub or docking station, to avoid power or communication issues

 2. Can’t Connect to Network (Wi-Fi)

If your printer won’t connect to Wi-Fi, follow these HP-recommended steps:
 

✅ A. Reset Wi-Fi Setup Mode

1. Turn on the printer.
2. Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds.
3. The Wi-Fi light will start blinking — this means the printer is in setup mode.
    

✅ B. Use the HP Smart App to Connect

1. Download the HP Smart App on your Windows 11 PC or mobile device.
2. Open the app and tap “+” to add a new printer.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Make sure your device is on the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network as the printer.
