Raj2111, thanks for the response. The link in your reply takes me to a Support page that shows a place to change the ePrint address.. but I do not see such a page when I log in to HPSmart (nor when I launch the HPSmart App on my Mac). If this will help, the details are: MacBook Air. OS 12.3.1 Montery. HP4110e Deskjet. All S/W up to date. Can "see" the printer on HPSmart, all seems normal. Just wish i could change the ePrint address to something I can remember. 😉
Thanks to anyone who can provide further help.

Hi @PaulH44
Let's remove and add web services:
1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch (HP ePrint), and then touch (Web Services Settings).
2. Touch Remove Web Services.
3. Restart the router and the printer.
4. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Setup ).
5. Touch Web Services.
6. Touch Yes to accept the Web Services terms of setup.
7. The printer will automatically check updates and set up Web Services.
8. Touch OK when you see Web Services have been set up successfully.
9. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page, and shows Web Services Summary on the screen.
Once this is done, then try setting up the ePrint again: https://support.hp.com/in-
Please perform these steps and Feel free to reply to your public post for any further assistance.

Raj2111, thanks again for your efforts. You said, "Let's remove and add web services: 1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen..." But there is control panel display on the 4155e. I have to use HPSmart and/or the printer webpage, and the instructions seem to be "circular". No matter where I start, I always end up at the same place...which is that there is no way to change the default HPePrint address on this printer! I've now copied the default ePrint address into my Address Book so I can look it up when I need to print from afar. A clumsy "workaround", but that appears to be the only solution for the 4155e.

Thank you for the inputs.
Please follow these directions: click here:
You can also sign into www.hpconnected.com and change the setting there.
Even after trying these steps the issue persists, it requires remote assistance.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region for further course of action.
Hope this helps!
