Hi,

Make sure there is no USB cable connected to your printer, then restore the network settings as listed below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1780623-1698506-16

From any wirelessly connected mobile device (smartphone or computer) open HP Smart and click the Plus sign, then click Setup for your printer to reconfigure its wireless network connection.

nothing seems to work. I have tried many times, still connected to the the old wifi

Is it possible to reset the printer back to fabric settings?

Did you successfully reset the network settings?

Evaluate  the nearby wireless network list, you should see a nearby network name starting with HP-Setup, if no such is listed repeat and restore the network settings as listed for an HP Laserjet printer

What operating system do you use? Is it a mobile device or a computer?
