When I changed internet providers, I had to delete my printer and reinstall it. I also had to cancel my Instant Ink subscription, which mails ink cartridges to you. Once the Instant Ink was canceled, it took about 30 minutes for instant ink to cancel, then my printer was able to reload and connect, which also took some time. Then, I re-signed up for Instant Ink. I have to this again today because I have new internet once again. I wish that there was an easier way. And hope this helps someone.
