General help for new modem but skip down to the 3755 specific stuff
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change

if no smartphone the wps pushbutton method is described on page 56 of the users manual. i think you have only 2 minutes to get back to the printer and set it up once you press the wps button on the modem.
Wifi direct setup video. This does not require that you have a modem.

Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.

Hi @Donna747,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When you change your Wi-Fi network, your HP DeskJet 3755 needs to be reconnected to the new network. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you connect your printer to the new Spectrum Wi-Fi.
Reset the Printer's Network Settings:
- Power on your printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer at the same time for 3 seconds.
- This will reset the printer’s network settings.
Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi Using the HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device if you haven't already.
- You can download it from the HP Smart website or your device's app store.
- Open the HP Smart app and click on "Set up a New Printer" or "Add Printer" if your printer is already listed.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Spectrum Wi-Fi network.
- You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password during the setup process.
Connect Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) (Optional):
- If your router supports WPS, you can use this method:
- Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until it starts blinking.
- Press the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes.
- The printer should automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network.
Check Connection Status:
- After setup, print a Wireless Network Test Report to ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.
- You can usually do this by pressing the Information button on the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

i was on U-verse and changed to Spectrum. Printer is 3 years old. I think printer has been operating on 2.4g, but now router is 5g. Now when trying to print from iPhone, it's constantly searching (or trying to connect to printer) and takes up to 3 minutes to connect to printer, whereas it used to be almost instant printing. Evidently the printer is not compatible with 5g network.
Any fixes? I do not want to have to buy a new dual band printer if at all possible. Any solutions would be appreciated. Frustrating!!

Make the printer use only the 2.4ghz band. At the printers control panel look for the option to select 2.4, 5ghz or "auto" then select 2.4. If the printer does not have those options then you will have to log into the modem and rename one of the bands.
--0R--
Change the SSID (name) of the 5.0ghz band so the name ends in "5".
If you still have a problem then you may have to use a fixed IP address.
Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated. A reserved or fixed IP address is required.
