Product: HP OfficeJet 5258 All-in-One Printer

when printing from chrome book cannot print. printer shows offline in Chromebook. in my other dell it shows online. On my own home network the printer will show on the same chrome book. When I got to my father in laws house the chrome book cannnot find the hp printer. I'm troubleshooting at his house how to fix or be able to print from chrome book. I suspect it has to do with some wireless protocol on his ATT router which is something different on mine.

I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.

 

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
