HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

  bonjour , problème d'imprimante . il m'affiche un code erreur 0x83c0000A   nos loader app....je soupçonne HP de faire de l'obsolescence programmée .que faire pour remédier à ce problème de code erreur car j'ai beau éteindre , rallumer rester appuyé sur le bouton power , faire la manoeuvre qu'ils disent sur la vidéo en enlevant la prise etc....rien n'y fait. Je branche même avec un cordon pour le relier au pc , mais rien ne se passe puisque mon imprimante n'est pas reconnue à cause de cette erreur ... merci de votre réponse

 

PS: mon imprimante est une HP envy 4500 e-all-in-one
