Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0073cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 4500 printer & HP Pavillion laptop 15in.. Works great from an older computer on the same network. New computer (after an windows update to 11 then back down to 10 and some updates?) will not recognize that there is a wireless connection. HP phone support was 2 hours of run around. Computer under warranty. Printer is not supported but it works fine with older hp computer.

I know this can be solved. I have tried downloading lastest drivers to no avail.

Are you having any trouble connecting to your with your pavillion laptop?  I just had to go to HP downloads, Driver-Network, and had to download the Mediatek wireless LAN driver (Jan 27, 2022 update)  because my Wifi kept dropping out.  Not sure if this had anything to do with your problem.
