I don't have internet, is there any other way to connect my hp deskjet 2742e to the computer with out internet and Wi-Fi?

1. I am not aware that HP+ with this printer is automatic like it would be for a couple of the LaserJet printers that offer HP+.
I believe you have to select, enable, and sign up for the option as explained at the HP+ Website.
Read the information to better understand the options.

I am not aware that you can back out once you sign up.
IF the "Quit HP+ I didn't mean it" option is available, you can find out by contacting HP+ Concierge support.

If you did NOT enable HP+ service, then you can use this printer without connecting the printer to the Internet.
If you did enable HP+ service, then you MUST have an Internet connection to use the printer.
and
If you do NOT have an Instant Ink subscription, you can run your printer without an Internet connection for the printer.
If you did NOT enable HP+,
and
You do not have an Instant Ink subscription,
then Open
